Before coming to Appalachian Physical Therapy, I had neck pain down the left side of my neck and shoulder.  It was hard to drive, work, or conduct daily activities.  After several visits and receiving wonderful care, I noticed a big improvement and less pain.  At each visit, personal care was taken to reevaluate my condition and treatment.  Today I have no pain and full range of motion!  I greatly appreciate the care and time Appalachian Physical Therapy has shown.
