Dave Brewster, PT, DPT

Dr. Brewster graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education in 1991. In 1999 he earned a Master of Arts in Exercise Science with concentration in Exercise Physiology from Indiana State University where he also served as an adjunct faculty. In that same year, Dave earned the Master in Physical Therapy degree followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006 from Shenandoah University. He is a certified athletic trainer, dry needling certified through Myopain Seminarsâ, a Fascial Manipulation Stecco Methodâpractitioner, and has completed the STAR cancer treatment provider certification.

Dr. Brewster has served the communities he has lived in as a certified emergency medical technician in volunteer fire departments and rescue squads. He is active in his church and works with Helping Children Worldwide to help vulnerable children and provide medical services in Sierra Leone, West Africa. As an Eagle Scout, he has served the Boy Scouts of America at the Pack, Troop, and Crew level. He is a member of the JFK 50 Mile 500 Mile club. Dave is originally from Westminster, Maryland and currently lives in Frederick County. He is married to Anne and they have two children and a dog.
