Appalachian PT at Run the Runway 5K

On Saturday, March 10th Bill and Colleen Whiteford represented Appalachian Physical Therapy at Run the Runway 5K at Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport in Weyers Cave. While runners covered 3 miles around the Airport, Bill and Colleen were busy discussing the all the ways our therapists at Appalachian Physical Therapy work to keep runners healthy and to promote quick and effective injury recovery.
